Wildlife Conservation Centre of the Year – Folsom, 2025
Global Wildlife Center is a 900-acre wildlife preserve located in Folsom, Louisiana. Home to thousands of endangered, threatened and exotic animals from all over the world, Global Wildlife Center educates its visitors while providing a meaningful interactive experience with wildlife. Tour educators accompany all guided safaris and emphasize wildlife conservation and the importance of caring for our environment. Global Wildlife Center enables visitors the opportunity to get eye-to-eye with giraffes, feel the woolly fur of bison, cuddle a capybara and much more. In addition to its conservation efforts onsite, Global Wildlife Center supports other worldwide non-profit conservation initiatives such as Giraffe Conservation Foundation, International Crane Foundation, and the Sahara Conservation Fund.
